Empower OQ - Processing DAD WLA Scan Test

Issue

The DAD Wavelength Accuracy test (using caffeine) can be accomplished with a single injection using 3D Scan capabilities in SII for Empower. A wavelength range (190-350 nm) of caffeine can be scanned so that the 2 maxima (205 nm, 273nm) and minima (245 nm) can be extracted via processing, and then reported via Empower.

1. Opening the scanned channel collected from acquisition
2.  Applying the 3D Scan Method Set / Processing Method to the data
