This tool is supported and administered entirely from within the IES, LSLPG/GSS, and MSD divisions; IES supports all divisions other than LSLPG/GSS and MSD. Send inquiries and requests for support to ar.admin.support@thermofisher.com.
Do not contact Thermo Fisher IT or the vendor directly. Any inquiries sent to IT will be re-directed to the business unit support team.
