Use Chromeleon 7’s Instrument Qualification Wizard to create and run OQ/PQ sequences. Prepare pumps, autosamplers, detectors, and column ovens, configure the system, and follow supplied templates. Observe module-specific steps and limitations, especially for Vanquish ovens and Agilent ICF. Execute tests, review reports, and repeat failed checks. Avoid editing ICF methods, and use only supported version combinations.
