Z-Head Trouble Shooting Guide
Record all IP addresses and confirm network compatibility. Document software and firmware versions, verify compatibility using the Firmware Compatibility Matrix. Record and confirm handshake and signal settings. Power off the TriPlus RSH, inspect and re-plug cables, check module seating, and power on. Upgrade or downgrade firmware, reset configuration, adjust motor settings, and verify teaching.
