Cause

Ready check errors when starting a run from Process Analyzer can result in "Missing analyzer device in instrument" red flag reported in Process Analyzer. The sequence will not start. This can be confusing because typically Process Analyzer will throw a flag that directs you to click the link to the audit trail to resolve ready check errors. 

Resolution Steps

  1. Confirm that the Analyzer module is present in the Chromeleon Instrument Configuration.

  2. Confirm the Analyzer and Instrument are recognized in the Process Analyzer configuration.

  3. Review the audit trail in the Chromeleon Console.

  4. Correct the errors in the audit trail.
