High pressure then no pressure

Issue

• Bottom pump behaving erratically 

• High pressure then no pressure 

• Pressure typically found at 2000 psi, now at 2800 psi and overpressured  

Environment

• ICS6000 DP Bottom Pump 

Resolution

• Attempt power cycle.  

• Attempt to prime pump.  

• If issue is unresolved, replace guard and column.  

• Turn pump off and wait a full 60 seconds before restarting pump. Pressure issue should be resolved.
