USB Cannot Connect to System

Issue

• USB cannot connect to system  

Environment

• ICS-2100 

Resolution

• Reboot system. Check if communication is established.  

• Check USB cable and check if communication is established.  

• Restore computer back to restore point before USB connection issue occurred. System should communicate successfully.  

• Perform test injections to determine if the system is operating as intended.
