X tag not detected

Issue

• x tag not detected.
• x = detector component that could not be detected.

Environment

• Vanquish Core
  • VC-D11
  • VC-D12
• Vanquish Flex
  • VF-D11
• Chromeleon

Resolution

1. Open and close the front door.
2. Disconnect and connect the detector in Chromeleon.
3. If the error persists, turn off the module.
4. Wait for 5 seconds and turn on the module again.
5. Check the flow cell.

Cause

Instrument not ready.
