New Login Information for Partners and Customers
Dear Users,
Please advise all external users to perform the following steps to gain the access they may need in the Knowledge Base:
- Visit the ThermoFisher Scientific ID Website: Please instruct ASP users to go to our ThermoFisher Connect website to begin the process.
- Create an Account: User should use their email address to create their account. If user(s) have a ThermoFisher ID account, skip to step 3.
- Initial Sign On: Once the account is created, complete a successful sign-on into the Knowledge Base by selecting the "Customer/Partner" button. If user(s) are unable to login using the Customer/Partner login, go back to step 2 and complete.
- Request Access: Once they have completed the steps above, then Territory Managers may request access on behalf of the Distributor/ASP User/Partner.
