Resolution

Follow these Troubleshooting Tips:

  1. Check the loading of the rotor.
  2. Check the lubrication of the trunnion bolts of the rotor body if a swing out rotor is used.
  3. Restart the centrifuge.
  4. If the error message still shows, contact a service technician.
