1. Access the Main Menu: Press the Menu button on the device to access the main menu.
2. Navigate to Settings: Use the arrow keys to scroll to the Settings option and press Enter.
3. Select Display Settings: In the Settings menu, find and select Display Settings.
4. Adjust Brightness/Contrast: Use the arrow keys to adjust the brightness and contrast to your preference.
5. Confirm Changes: Once you have made your adjustments, press the Enter button to confirm and save the changes.
6. Exit the Menu: Press the Menu button again to exit the settings menu and return to the main screen.
