Cleaning Procedure

To clean the NCAT furnace, ensure it is at room temperature and disconnect the power. Disassemble the top vent tube from the blower motor and use a Shop-Vac to clean out soot build-up. Remove the top cover and oil the blower motor with Anderoll oil 465. Inspect the door insulation for black streaks and tighten if necessary. Carefully remove the sheet metal cover and blanket insulation for thorough cleaning. Reassemble all parts before reconnecting the power.
