Unable to connect to database service

Issue

A user tried to open BioPharma Finder 3.0 and got the error message in the image below. The software had been working fine before.

Environment

  • Mass Spectrometry
  • BioPharma Finder 3.0

Resolution

The user’s IT group rebooted the network server, and the application launched without any issues.
