Issue

The OMNICxi software does not display the laser hours 

Environment

  • DXRxi

Resolution

The iButton on the laser stores the time.  To find the laser usage time for current laser use the following steps:

  1. Open Map_ServiceToolApp (C:\Program Files\Thermo Scientific\OMNICxi)
  2. Password is (passworddate - replace date with day of month)
  3. Click on iButtons
  4. Laser Usage listed in minutes
