Issue

Laser verification Change failed error 1022 clear beam and try again. 

Environment

  • Nicolet iS20
  • Nicolet iS5 

Resolution

Laser verification needs interferograms to work correctly.  Make sure experiment has check in the save interferogram box in Experiment setup under the Collect tab.

If system has Security Administration make sure Omnic System Policy for include original data format when saving is enabled.
