Updating NSS Software

Description: 

Assure ALL NSS Peripherals Are Powered UP When Updating  NSS Software

Environment:

• Noran System 6
• Noran System 7
• Pathfinder 
   

RESOLUTION:

1. If ANY NSS peripheral is not turned on when performing any NSS software update, various problems will occur.
2. Assure all NSS peripherals are turned on when updating any NSS software.
3. These include the NSS Analyzer Chassis and any WDS or EBSD controller. The NSS software install will also update software to these peripherals (if present).
