Delete unwanted measurements with Database Cleanup

Use Clean Up in Database Maintenance to automatically delete past measurements when they reach a specified age. For example, to save space on your system, you may want to automatically delete any measurements that have not been modified in more than one month.

To clean up the database, you can either set the length of time you want to keep measurements before they are automatically deleted or you can select Clean Up Measurements Now to remove any measurements already older than you like.

Once old measurements are deleted, they cannot be recovered

Tip: To keep select measurements, add them to a library. In the future, you can extract them from the library and use them if needed.

❖    To automatically delete old measurements in the Desktop interface

  1. Using the desktop interface, go to Configure > Database Maintenance > Clean Up.
  2.  Set how long you want to keep your measurements. Select Forever to keep your measurements.
  3. Click Save. To immediately remove any measurements older than the set age, select Clean Up Measurements Now.

❖    To automatically delete old measurements in the Touchscreen interface

  1.  From the Home screen, select the Settings icon
  2. Go to the Database Maintenance tab.
  3. Select Clean Up.
  4. Set how long you want to save your measurements. Select Forever to keep your measurements indefinitely.
  5. Select Save.

To immediately remove any measurements older than the set age, select Clean Up Measurements Now.

Tip: You can also delete all of your measurements at once. To delete all measurements, set the filter to show all measurements, select all the measurements, and right-click the measurements and select Delete Selected Measurements, or in the Touchscreen interface, select Delete.
