Ordering Instrument Qualification Labels Directly from Supplier

Issue

Instrument qualification labels are currently not available as a standalone part in SAP.

Resolution

Qualification labels can be ordered directly through Labelsmith (https://labelsmith.com/) using a credit card (in US only).

Label description: THERMOFISHER BLANK WRITE AND SEAL

Note: You may be required to order a minimum quantity of 1,000 labels depending on stock (~$632 total as of Jun 2022). Thus, it is best to order for multiple FSEs at once (regional order and distribute).

If you are not in the US, or cannot order the quantities above. Another option is to order the Factory Qualification Labels (part #  050837 in C4S).

While these labels are not identical, they can still be used for module OQ.
