Get started by viewing the following 2 navigation videos.

Part 1 - In this demonstration  you will learn how to access the new scheduling tool and will navigate you around the basics of the Planning Board. (6 mins)

Part 2 - you will learn about appointments, searching for FSEs and filtering. (Scheduling appointments will be in the third demo. (9 mins)
