Resolution

  1. Tell customers to type in support.me in their URL address field; press the Enter key
    or
  2. Tell customers to type in logmein123.com in their URL address field; press the Enter key
    (both of these resolve to https://secure.logmeinrescue.com/Customer/Code.aspx)
  3. If neither of these are accessible to the customer, the customer should petition their own IT team to allowlist/whitelist both of these domains along with logmeinrescue.com and all variations of the latter
  4. If their IT team need additional details (which they may very well), you can proactively supply the Rescue Architecture & Security Overview brochure
