SOLAAR UART driver blocked
On new Windows 10 Enterprise computers, the UART driver from the installation CD for USB communications is blocked with the message "User account control setting is blocking the installation." Despite using an account with administrative privileges and setting User Account Control to "Never notify," the installation remained blocked. The resolution involved sending a zip file of the latest UART drivers, which were successfully loaded.
Issue
On new Windows 10 Enterprise computers the UART driver from the installation CD for the USB communications is blocked at installation with the message "User account control setting is blocking the installation".

Sent Zip file of latest UARt drivers and drivers were succesfully loaded
Analysis
Account used has Administrative privileges and the User Account controls was set to Never notify and installation was still blocked.
