Unrecognized database format in iTeva

To resolve the "Unrecognized database format C:\ProgramData\iTEVA\Sysdata\Cid_ms32.tja" error for the iCAP 6000 Series, rename the current "Cid_ms32.tja" file to "Cid_ms32_org.tja" in C:\ProgramData\iTEVA\SysData. Copy a fresh version of the file to the same location. This issue occurs because the journal file has become corrupted.

Rename the current "Cid_ms32.tja" located in this location: C:\ProgramData\iTEVA\SysData to something like "Cid_ms32_org.tja"
Copy in a fresh copy of this file linked here: Cid_ms32.tja to this same location: C:\ProgramData\iTEVA\SysData
