Oven program goes To End of Run Conditions at the Beginning of the Injection

Address the issue of the Trace 1300 oven temperature randomly going to 'end' condition at the start of injection by checking if the first oven temperature hold time is set to 0. If so, upgrade the firmware to package 46 or higher using the Trace 1300 Service Tool program. If upgrading is not possible, set the first oven temperature hold time to a non-zero value, such as 0.01 minutes.

Issue

Oven temperature is going randomly to 'end' condition at beginning of the injection.

Environment

Trace 1300

Resolution

1. Check if first oven temperature hold time is set to 0.

2. If yes, the issue is due to a bug in Firmware packages 39 and 37 Upgrade Trace 1300 Firmware with package 46: TRACE 1300 Firmware Package #46 (or higher) using the Trace 1300 Service Tool program: Trace 1300 Service Tool Program (V 3.00.04)

3. If not possible there is a workaround: Set the first oven temperature hold time to a non-zero value (Ex : 0.01 min)
