IC DIA Product Discontinuation Q1 and Q2 2024

After careful consideration, we will discontinue the manufacture and sale of certain products as of January 30, 2024, honoring all orders placed by February 15, 2024. This decision aligns with our practice of replacing low-demand items with improved products. We value your partnership and will assist in finding alternate products with similar or better performance. For replacements, see the appendix. Contact your local representatives for support during this transition.

Background

After careful consideration of customer usage, we have decided to discontinue the manufacture and sale of the products outlined in the appendix as of January 30, 2024. We will honor all outstanding and new orders placed by February 15, 2024.


The discontinuation of these products is in keeping with our practice of rationalizing very low demand products and replacing them with new products with improved design and functionality. We appreciate and value your partnership and we regret any inconvenience this announcement may cause. We are pleased to work with you to identify alternate products using similar design that provide same or better performance to the discontinued products. For suggested replacements please see the appendix.
