Excessive mixed gas usage
To address excessive mixed gas usage in a Model 1025 Anaerobic System, ensure the supply tank pressure is between 10 to 15 psi. Verify that the glove chamber relief bubbler contains mineral oil and that the vent tube is submerged by 3/8” to 1/4”. Inspect all supply lines and the in-line filter for leaks using soapy water and a sponge brush. Additionally, check the vinyl front and gloves for leaks by opening the manual fill valve until the front balloons out, then listen or feel for leaks.
