Not Enough Water

If there is not enough water in the water reservoir of Heracell VIOS 160i or Heracell VIOS 250i incubators, take the following measures to ensure safe operation: Refill the water reservoir or deactivate the water level sensor if dry operation is desired. Troubleshoot the device according to the Power Outage section in the manual. If the error persists, request service. Refer to the Heracell VIOS 160i/250i User Manual for detailed instructions.

Resolution

Take the measures below to ensure safe operation. For more information, refer to the Heracell VIOS 160i/250i User Manual.

  • Refill water or, if dry operation is desired, de-activate the water level sensor
  • Troubleshoot the device according to Power Outage.
  • If the error persists, request service.
