Troubleshooting Tips:

  1. Is the rotor properly installed?
  2. Check wether you have selected the right bucket.
  3. Is it easy to turn the rotor when the lid is open?
  4. Does the rotor rub against the device?
  5. Restart the centrifuge.
  6. If the error message still shows, contact a service technician.
