Resolution

Possible Cause: User interface not powered on.

Solution: 

  • Push power button on user interface and hold for at least 1 second.
  • Try touching the screen. 
  • Try restarting the unit manually by flipping the breaker at the rear of the unit.
  • If this doesn’t work, call service.
