Cannot write archive in database

Issue

Why do I get “Cannot write archive in database” error message?

Environment

• RESULT
• Antaris

Resolution

1. Exit from RESULT software.
2. Rename RESULT.mdb file located in C:\RESULT Data\Config.
3. RESULT software will create a new database file next time RESULT software is run.

Cause

The error message is mostly likely due to a corrupt database file.
