OMNIC Paradigm Gather log files

OMNIC Paradigm v2.4 introduces a feature to gather all log files into a single ZIP for troubleshooting. Users can access it via Help > Gather Log Files, add a description, and submit the file for support.

Issue

OMNIC Paradigm version 2.4 has added the ability to gather all the log files into a single Zip file for troubleshooting of software/system issues

Environment

  • OMNIC Paradigm

Resolution

  1.   To create the log file, got to Help In Paradigm and select "Gather Log Files".

  1. A window will open with a text screen allowing  a Description of the issue.  This text will be included in the log file.  Click ok to create the file

  1.  Once the file is created, Windows file explorer will open to the file location.  C:\ProgramData\Thermo Scientific\Logs\Log Bundle

  1.   This log file can be sent in to Thermo Fisher Scientific to be reviewed
