Synchronization/Communication issue between tablet and CM console
Issue
Users of the Integrion HPIC system may encounter a discrepancy between the data displated on the tablet and CM console home screen (i.e. detector response).
Environment
Intgrion HPIC/Intgrion HPIC Tablet
Resolution
1. Open the CM instrument configuration manager
2. Take note of the properties of your Integrion HPIC and Integrion Pump (wellness) modules.
3. Delete the Integrion HPIC and Integrion Pump (wellness) modules from the configuration.
4. Reconfigure each module and save installation.
5. Restart Chromeleon services in the services manager.
6. Confirm that tablet and CM console reflect the same data.
