Resolution

Upgrade to the current autosampler firmware using this knowledge article: Upgrading Autosampler Firmware as a reference to do so

Analysis

The GETSA command has to do with the Standard Rack Avoidance feature that was added to firmware starting in firmware version 1.10. A GETSA command will return whether the Standard Rack Avoidance is currently enabled and the coordinates of the corner of the travel exclusion zone.

Cause

When using an autosampler firmware version prior to 1.10, an error will be displayed when trying to process the GETSA command
